After Solana released its first blockchain phone, Saga, last year, the market’s evaluation of it has changed. Saga phones started by selling only 50 units per day, but later the wealth effect brought by BONK has made the second generation highly anticipated. In fact, in the perception of the mobile phone industry, no one can escape depreciation by not buying a phone, and it can even make money. Can you share the sales strategy of Saga phones? Did the team imagine such achievements?
Next, we would like to discuss the impact of Apple and Google-controlled app stores on cryptocurrency applications. These two platforms are the world’s largest providers of mobile operating systems, and their app stores (App Store and Google Play Store) have billions of users. DePIN is an innovative blockchain application model that uses tokens as incentive mechanisms to encourage community members to participate in construction and maintenance, rather than traditional corporate or governmental entities.
