According to community reports, after 5 PM this afternoon, the Gate.io exchange system experienced a malfunction, with some users’ futures accounts displaying zero assets or being unable to place orders. Shortly after, at 5:50 PM, an official announcement stated that the system had encountered a brief disruption due to high congestion, and a short upgrade would be conducted. Some of the current issues have been resolved, and further updates will be announced separately.
